- I placed my order but haven’t heard back yet! What’s the status of my order?

- Do you have any examples?
Yes! We have examples of all of our custom products within our Help Center on Vagaro and at the following links:
Gift Card Examples- I just received my Branded App and theme! What happens if I want to change the business info on my page?
The theme and Branded App are directly integrated with your Vagaro Pro account, so any changes to hours, description, photos, services/classes, etc. will automatically update on your Vagaro page!
- I just received my brand package and custom logo, but I can’t open some of the logo files you sent me!
Dont worry, that’s normal and to be expected. We share eight different filetypes when sending over your logo files and sometimes these files require design software to open. Even though you can’t open these files, these will be useful to keep when printers require one of these files.
