Instead of extending the service or class time on your calendar, add a separate cleanup time to stay organized, cut down on wasted time, and avoid rushing between clients. After setting it up, that extra time will be automatically applied to applicable services & classes. If a client books a service bundle that requires cleanup time, you have the option to customize the length of that time and where it goes. Whether it's in between or at the end of the appointment, preset cleanup times are automatically added whenever a corresponding service or class is booked, removing the need to manually adjust appointment times for each booking.

To enable this feature on Vagaro, simply go to a service or class you offer, toggle the “Cleanup Time” button ON, choose how much time you need, and you’re ready to go! Cleanup will be automatically applied when that particular class or service is booked & added to your calendar.
Clients will only see their appointment information, but the cleanup time is displayed for providers as a separate section tacked onto that appointment, complete with the sparkle icon to denote exactly what that extra time is for. And, again, if you find that you need more or less time to clean up after a service or class, it’s easy to go into the appointment and modify.
