Online Booking for Piercers
We know that service times aren’t as predictable in the piercing studio. With that in mind, we’ve made our software flexible. For piercers, you can set your online booking criteria to display as an appointment request. This makes you available to clients who want to book online while allowing you to stay in control of appointment times. Additionally, Vagaro has social media integrations available with Yelp, Instagram, and Facebook. Just switch these features on, and allow customers who find you on social media to book directly!
Intuitive Appointment Management
Online booking is adaptive, depending on how you establish your online booking settings. You can choose to get notifications when a new customer books with you. Or if you prefer, get booking request notifications prompting you to approve and schedule appointments. From there, you can manage employee calendars and schedule other services. You can also keep notes in the customer’s profile, send notifications for scheduling changes, and more. Appointment reminders are set to the customer's preference, via automated push notifications, texts, or email reminder.
Make It Easier with Forms
Our Forms feature is an inexpensive upgrade to our basic package that’s especially helpful for piercers. Forms allow you to create and automate surveys and liability waivers. Because Forms are flexible, you set form completion as a requirement for booking services. Here, you can create age requirement policies, consent forms for minor clients, waivers, and notifications of other required documentation (such as valid ID) that the customer will need to have for their appointment. Best of all: because you can send out pre-appointment forms requiring completion beforehand, when your client arrives, you’ll be able to get started faster.
Automate Aftercare Instructions
You’re can send targeted, automated emails to your customer base without having to export your client list to another marketing mailer system. It’s never been easier to automate pre-visit and aftercare instructions. We’ve got templates available to get you started. Or you can build your own, using your branding, logos, and images. Just imagine how much it would help to be able to schedule out follow-up messages for clients to help them with aftercare. Follow-up messages after a piercing appointment open the door of communication, in case they run into any problems.
