There were 136 million total bookings with Vagaro, which is 16 million more than last year!
That translates to about 258 bookings through Vagaro...per minute. It’s safe to say there wasn’t a dull moment for us in 2023.
Of that 136 million, a whopping 17 million were new clients booking appointments. We think we’re catching on! 😉
Getting the Message Out (Marketing Messages, that is...)
In 2023, Vagaro members sent out over 70 million marketing texts and nearly 167 million marketing emails. These messages helped professionals market their business, rebook appointments, promote Daily Deals, and keep themselves at the top of their clients’ minds. They had the ability to create their own custom campaigns or use one of the many templates to market their business and grow their clientele.
The Vagaro Family GREW in 2023!
Word really spread in 2023 about the best booking & management software out there. In fact, it found its way to more than 42K NEW businesses, which is 2,000 more from last year. Welcome to Vagaro!
The top three cities are returning champions for the most active Vagaro businesses per capita.
These cities that continued to rep Vagaro the most in 2023 were:
- Los Angeles, California (646 active businesses)
- Houston, Texas (624 active businesses)
- San Diego, California (603 active businesses)
Houston is nipping at LA’s heels for the top spot! Will they take it in 2024? Will another city make it to the top three next year? (Brooklyn? Chicago? Miami or Denver? Where you at?!). We wouldn’t be surprised!

Nearly 3.3 million fitness class participants knew how to keep bodies moving and fitness instructors busy in 2023!

Topping the first iconic conference wouldn’t be easy, but iconic.23 raised the bar.
On September 25 & 26, iconic.23 once again brought hundreds of attendees together, this time in sunny San Diego, for a weekend of networking, learning and growth!
