The iconic.23 App!

Looking forward to this year’s iconic.23 conference? We sure are! It’s your opportunity to join hundreds of fellow salon, fitness & wellness moguls from around the globe this September 24–25 for two days of networking, empowering panels & breakout sessions. Not to mention, the entertainment & extracurriculars we have planned for the weekend—more on that HERE!

It’s going to be a full weekend, and we want to be absolutely sure that we’re doing all we can to make the most of your trip, so we’ve got a little something to help you out. That’s where the iconic.23 app comes in! If you’re attending this year’s iconic.23 conference, (and let’s be real: why wouldn’t you be?) this nifty new tool is going to be a must-have. Here are just a few of the things you can do with the iconic.23 app:

• Preview & discover which sessions are perfect for you
• Stay connected and message with other conference attendees
• Set device reminders for the activities & events taking place

Now that you know a bit more about the new iconic.23 app, let’s take a look at how you can get set up. Once you have the app downloaded and open, you’ll first be prompted to acknowledge a few things before creating your profile. Once that’s all set, you’ll be met with the following screen:

From this page, simply tap the My Info icon, followed by Log In to create your profile. After selecting Log In, you’ll be asked for your username & password. These are both found in the email sent to you after purchasing your ticket. Once you’ve entered that preset username and temporary password, your profile will be created. Once you’re logged in, there’s really just two more things that we would recommend doing.

1. The first would be creating a permanent, custom password. To do this, click on that same My Info icon, followed by Account Settings. In the Account Settings tab, scroll all the way down until you see Password in the final field. Tapping that space will allow you to create your new password.

2. Lastly, you’ll want to add a profile photo! Staying in the Account Settings section of the My Info tab in the iconic.23 app, tap on change picture located just beneath the Account Settings header to set a profile photo.

Okay, now that we’ve covered the important stuff, let’s dive into some of the fun things you can do with the new iconic.23 app:

Activity Feed: Share your thoughts or updates, and chat with other conference attendees in a public forum.

Messages: Direct message and privately connect with other attendees throughout the duration of the conference. (Messaging permissions must be allowed by both parties in Account Settings.)

Leaderboard: It’s a virtual competition from now until the end of the conference! Compete with other iconic.23 attendees to show your spirit! (Hint: Setting a profile picture gives you 5,000 bonus points!)

Speakers: View a complete list of all of the industry-leading speakers that will be presenting at the conference. The Speakers tab allows you to bookmark sessions and leave notes & comments for yourself for the session. Have a question for a speaker? Jot it down here!

Notifications: Set custom in-app & device notifications to ensure you never miss an activity or panel that you’d like to attend.
