Appointment Notes Display For Waitlisted or Requested Appointments

Before, when a customer was added to the waitlist or requested an appointment online, the business couldn't see any Appointment Notes the customer added until they approved the appointment. Now, any appointment notes will display directly on the request before you approve or deny it.
