Run the Customer List Report to View a Date Range

Before, whenever you ran the Customer List report, it would show all historical data, so it was difficult to see a month-to-month view of this report. Now, we've added the ability to run this report to show data only from a specific date range. This way, you can see, for example, who booked the most appointments or spent the most money on a month-to-month basis.
