We’ve improved refunding for businesses that frequently sell packages. Before, you could only partially refund a package with redeemed visits. Now, customers not fully satisfied with their purchase can receive a full refund for package purchases, even if they've utilized some visits. Whether you utilize this feature is up to you and may not align with all business’s refund policies.
